At Flawless Jewelry, we take pride in creating handcrafted, made-to-order jewelry with care and precision. Because each piece is custom-made, our returns and refund policy is outlined below:

1. Made-to-Order Policy

  • All items are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges after48Hrs of order placed.
  • We only accept return for 7 days of delivery .
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.
  • After review, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

 

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours. We will provide instructions to return the incorrect item and send the correct product promptly.
 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable).
 

5. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement or repair is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
 

6. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges, on all products unless is custom order.
 

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
