1. Made-to-Order Jewelry

• All our jewelry pieces are handmade and made to order.

• Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order is shipped.

 

2. Shipping

• Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within [your region/country].

• International shipping is available to select locations. Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

• Because all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 48Hrs.

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

• Earrings and custom/personalized orders are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
